Dear Val: I believe that our sorrow in the inability to adequately share how precious God's love is in our lives is the proof of His love for us. We can not experience this kind of love and acceptance without knowing Him. It just is not in our nature. I pray for those who are important in my life, especially my family, that He will touch each of them as He has touched me, you, and many we have never meant, knowing that they could never resist His love once touched and then trust Him to do that. This may not happen in my lifetime, but I trust Him that it will be in His time for them as only He knows when that should be according to His plan for their lives. Thank you Val for sharing your comment with me. Love

I feel the same way Madonna. I have been struggling for quite some time to try to convince to the people around me...especially my own family members..just how precious God's love is and how much I have felt Him in my life. We so desperately need Him in our lives and it saddens me to see how He is being cast aside. As full as my heart is, I struggle to find the words so that people that have a casual attitude about Him at best can open up their hearts and really experience His great love. I pray that He will help me find the words.

Hi Madonna, I think it is only natural that when you have a heart for Him and for His Purpose you are grieved for anything that comes short of that Purpose. I think the best use of that is to pour it back out in prayer for His Kingdom to come and for His Will to be done. This grieving, groaning, and travailing for His Purpose is sadly lacking and sorely needed. But bear in mind too that there is great joy as you see the end result, that in the end, God will have what He has declared. So keep one eye on the present and one eye on the future so as not to get too bogged down with what seems to come up short now. "He must increase" (Jn. 3:30), therefore He WILL increase and He IS increasing. As for conveying it to others, when the time is right He will give you the words.

Hi Mary, thanks for posting. I think I see your point. I hasten to add that although the Lord is never discouraged, He is very zealous to see His Will is accomplished. He warns those fellowships in Revelation to repent or He will take their candlestick away. By saying He is never discouraged I do not mean to imply that He is passive or nonchalant concerning sin in the camp.

Thank you brother Chip. I have begun to lose track of the times your writings confirm what the Lord is teaching me day by day. Just one example happened again today pertaining to the Four interventions you write of. I was reading Isaiah 14:24-27, which states "The Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, surely, as I have thought and planned, so shall it come to pass, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand-- 25) That I will break the Assyrian in My land, and upon My mountains I will tread him underfoot. Then shall the Assyrian's yoke depart from the people of Judah, and his burden depart from their shoulders. 26) This is the Lord's purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth (regarded as conquered and put under tribute by Assyraia) and this is (His ominpotent) hand that is stretched out over all the nations. 27) For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who can annul it? And His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?" Amplified.

I'm no theologian, just thankful He rules and still parts red seas to deliver His sheep, that He removes the yoke of organized religion and all its bondage off our lives....thanks to honest brethren in the Ekkelesia. Grace and Peace of our Lord Jesus to you and the family.

After the second abusive situation whereby my husband and I were dismissed from the ministry there, my "trust" was severely damaged--particularly of churches in general. When crying out to the Lord one day, He brought into my hands a book entitled "Transported by the Lion of Judah" (available from The Elijah List). While in the hospital for severe illness the author was transported on several occasions by the Lord (Lion of Judah) to various churches throughout the world. Each was different, and like the churches in Revelation had their good points and their issues. But what I noted was that the LORD WAS NEVER DISCOURAGED by those who were missing Him or failing!!! I thought--if HE is not discouraged, then I don't need to be either. Great healing came to me that day! I just turned it all over to Him. Since then, I have sort of lowered MY expectations of churches, remembering the churches in Revelation, in this book, plus the fact that churches are made up of fallible people--like me.

Thank you Chip. Not only does this make me think but it reinforces who I believe Him to Be. The sad part is that as I see Him better I in turn see how far we are from Him in our present circumstances and feel so isolated from Him. Is this an error on my part of thinking. I also feel alone in my inability to convey to those close to me and not sharing my concern how important He is. Please respond and help me keep my perspective. Thanks.
