Now things that are dead have no use in the Kingdom. Church institutions and programs are passing away. At the same time, God desires all to be saved, and they will be in His timing. But their salvation depends on God. The Kingdom operates through life, not death. God's ways are higher than ours. We don't need to "help" God out by using dead things for His will to be accomplished. Yes, Jesus said to follow Him, and let the dead bury the dead.
