The Book of Hebrews is a very unique book of the Bible. It was written to encourage Jewish converts to stay true to Christ and not return to Old Covenant Judaism. Instead, we are told that Jesus is our High Priest, Jesus is our Final Sacrifice, and Jesus is the Mediator of a New Covenant. If you’re in bondage to religion, Hebrews will show you the more excellent Way that has been prepared for you IN CHRIST. So grab your Bible and let’s dig in!

Dear Chip
I have just finished listening to Hebrews Chap.8.
My wife (Kate) and I were trapped in a cult called The Worldwide Church Of God (Herbert W. Armstrong) for 27 long years! It must have been the headquarters of all “religious spirits”!! Praise God, He released us in 1996, but it is taking many many years to become de-cultivated!
I know Hebrews of course, but listening to your expounding of the word is like a breath of fresh air. No opinions, no “inspired ideas”, no “doctrines of men”. Just the pure unadulterated truth of God’s Word! Keep up the good work, and may God continue to bless you and your family.
