This lesson showed me how much it represents the marriage with the lord our first love, our physical marriage is a practice in how we are to be on earth as it is in heaven. When the children of Israel wanted to go back to egypt(not leave their mother and father and cleve to her husband)They didn’t want to follow their husband and let him lead.The ones that were obedient entered into the promise land.You have to be willing to forsake all including self.Let him be your head.
