Jesus IS victory and satan was defeated at the cross. We know that satan is against us, but Jesus has the victory over him, and we have victory through Jesus Christ. Chip's webinar audios on the book of Ephesians, chapters 1 thro. 6, explain this in more detail. Eph.6:13 says to take unto (put on) the full armour of God (which is Jesus) and having done all,...stand. It really gets into the different bondages that Satan uses to trap God's people. The pastor who is leading this group charges for the course and offers a certificate after the course is completed.
