Hi Chip,

Is it possible to include Rewind and Fast forward facility in your recordings? I find it an extremely useful and essential tool for me when I listen to these recordings.

The way I understand the part about Pharoah is, "Even though you don't acknowledge or know Me, I will allow you to become Pharoah just so I can prove to you and to everyone else that I am Who I am." This does not mean Pharoah was predestined to be stubborn, it just means God knew in advance Pharoah would be stubborn and decided to use Pharoah as an example for that very reason.

Since God loves everyone, the phrase "Esau I hated" must not mean what we think. So having read the story and this passage I think it is best understood to mean that God knows what we're going to do before we do it, and so He can "choose" a person in advance for a particular purpose. It doesn't mean He programs them to be a certain way and they have no choice. God saw in advance the kind of person Jacob would be an chose him to be Israel, but Jacob wasn't perfect by any means. God didn't choose Esau to be Israel, true; but he did bless and use Esau in other ways. Foreknowledge is not the same thing as pre-determining.

But the most important thing to remember here is you can't build an entire teaching around a few hard-to-understand portions of Scripture if that teaching contradicts other very easy-to-understand portions of Scripture, like the ones about God's desire for "all men to be saved." Hope this helps.

It is exciting to know that the temple of God is mankind. The purpose of God and intention is to mingled with mankind to expressed himself to humanity. Is amanzing to understand through revelation that the Ecklesia is an organic temple for the fact that the Spirit of Jesus live in the human spirit making possible the expression of God visible to the rest of the world. The same way He expressed Himself in the Old Testament through the nation of Israel; His final intention is to draw every man to Him in an organic temple where every part of the body will fuction in harmony for the visible expression of God, so the world can see and God can draw His creation to Himself. God lost His creation once, and His perfect intention is to recover mankind through the Resurection of our Lord Jesus.

Chip,
Re the topic of predestination which you discussed in the question/answer period...I would so appreciate a few words from you on what I have to ask. I do not personally believe in predestination for salvation or damnation. However,I have been in discussions where those that do, say that scriptures like Pharoah being raised up for the very purpose of opposing God,so God could show his glory; and before he had done anything wrong, that Jacob He loved and Esau he hated; and that He creates "some vessels for honor and some for wrath," show predestination for salvation/damnation.
Predestination does not rest with my spirit but I do not know how to answer the arguments above. Thank you Chip.

I recall one ex you wrote about once in your articles that had to do with your approach to dish washing in the natural vs the spiritual... those practical things make a real connect with people .... just a thot
