I don’t know if I could adequately express the impact this message has had on me. I have learned so much and with perfect understanding. How can I not praise God for His Son, for His Holy Word? I just pray that my focus will continue to be on our Savior and that I will always look to Him as my ALL in ALL. Thank you for allowing God to use you to feed His sheep.
May He bless you and your family as you continue to serve Him.

I remember several years ago,while I was in England visiting my American friend and her British husband, wondering what was the definition of ‘preeminence’. I found a small dictionary on the family’s bookshelf and opened it to find this definition,”to exceed and excel all others”. That one small definition made your writings come to life and propelled my heart to have Christ as the one who exceeds and excels ALL others.

Like Louie Giglio said “We are just a teeny tiny people” that God so much cherish and love unconditional.. When I considered all these, who am I then? I can only praise and worship Him, for He is filling all things include me(this little teeny tiny person).

Thank you so much for the way you write that encourages many brothers and sisters in Christ. I am very bless with your writings. I have a question that bothers me a lot. And it’s this: My church ( faith evangelical Lutheran church) believes that in the Lords supper The Lord is present in the elements. They do not believe that the elements turns into the body of Christ as the catholic believe. If I participate knowing that this not what I believe that it is really a REMEMBERANCE would I be guilty of sinning? Or if I do not take it would i be making my brother feel bad? Which it would. Can you offer me a suggestion how to handle this?

This truth is very penetrating and real. Oh how I choose to live Christ in my life. For Christ is my life and breath and how simple, but hard to convey at times. There is such a freedom in these words Bro. Chip that you have so eloquently expressed. When these words are mediated on it really brings humbleness and great value to Christ body. No matter how dark ones life, when that true Light in Christ shines, you can’t help, but to embrace Him.

When I consider that every single moment of every single hour of every single day, (etc.), God’s purposes steadily and consistently move forward bringing THE ONE MOMENT CHOSEN BEFORE TIME closer and closer that unites ALL of heaven and earth to His one glorious (yet multifaceted) event: that His Son may be ALL (suffice me to use just the one word alone!) – for His (God’s) glory, I am humbled with total admiration and praise to my God that He has chosen me to participate in the exaltation of His Son, in the parenthesis of Time!

” Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee,
‘How great THOU art! How GREAT Thou art!’ ”

(The caps-for-emphasis is mine. When I sing this song, my soul is drawn to the emphasis of God on the first “How great THOU art!” and my soul is drawn to the emphasis of His attributes: His majesty, and power, authority, glory, etc. that is capsuled in the second “How GREAT Thou art!”)

Thank you for a message which focuses my (our!) hearts on Jesus Christ; by which (and through whom) God has been pleased to reveal His eternal purposes!
