In reply to Kévin. That's hard to answer, Kevin. God put us "in Him" but Jesus says we have to "remain in Him" (John 15). So it's not that He puts us in and takes us out, but we take ourselves out, or we refuse to enter in to His Provision (Christ). We are accepted in the Beloved; therefore, we are unacceptable outside of the Beloved, which is as it should be.

Hello Brother Chip,

my question is, when the Bible talks about “We are seated with Christ” or “We are accepted in the Beloved” and such… Do you believe it ONLY talks of the “Christians” or did His death, burial and resurrection included all ?
I can hardly think God putting us IN CHRIST only WHEN we believe, (like He put us in Him back in time, crucify us etc…, and maybe if people “backslide”, He take us and put us outside… :/ WEIRD concept to me at least).
Maybe His death, Burial and Resurrection was OURS too…. believers AND non-believers alike, and that our part of repenting and believe grant us His saving life ? 😉

Oh Chip,
How wonderful is this thought!! To be seated with Him in Heavenly places; to view things of earth from that perspective; to know that He is not ashamed to have us there beside Him!!

After the Cross our standing in God changed thereby taking us from Servants to Sons! Hallelujah! “Behold what manner of love the Father has given unto us: that we should be called the Sons of God”…!! Joint-heirs with Christ by faith!!

Oh Ekklesia rejoice!! The day of reckoning is at hand!
We lift You up, Jesus, to a lost and dying world!
We must encourage ourselves in the Lord, Ekklesia…we must rise up and pray for His Kingdom’s Purposes…we must not get distracted! Stay focused! Watch and Pray!
