Thank you Chip for what you have written. How true it is that to be clothed with Yeshua (Jesus) we are transfigured. Yet for many of us, in your words, are living as earthly men. Maybe it’s because we don’t understand our union with Yeshua and His death and are not continually gazing upon Him and His glory and becoming transformed into His likeness (character).

Knowing that Christ shines forth and that others see Him and experience His presence and Love, even when I have not idea it is actually happening, is a very humbling thing. I know He lives in me. and the more i let myself decrease the more He becomes all in all, and I’m glad I don’t have to feel anything happening for these things to be true. Peace be with you kendall.

Theresa, Thank you so much for confirming to me that which I felt. I too have sensed this Light, this presence around some people(Spirit filled Christians), which I could see from their person. I originally had asked Chip regarding this, but perhaps my question seemed irrelevant or strange at best, when asked. I believe it is a discerning gift to see this, but neither that individual, nor you, takes pride in how the Light is perceived. All you have said makes sense to me and does not seem occult in any way. Finally, I know that this is a fact, and not just a product of our own imaginations; as many have also experienced this phenomena. God bless you. Timothy B

Talking about the “Light”. In certain people, I do see the Light, their faces are glowing and glory does surround them. Once, someone was just passing by me and I could feel the Holy Spirit’s power in him, and when he shared a message, he was glowing. Therefore these people also show and “outward display” of the Light that demonstrates the presence of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit in them and of course the TIME they have spent with the Lord…Now I do not know if everyone sees this light or it is a discerning gift that the Lord has given me, for in the same time I sometimes do see evil in other in other people.

Thank you Chip, for explaining how this Light that shines out from us is not an outward display, or something fleshly. Yes, we have that which shows the presence of the Life and Light of Christ. But we are not reflecting “ourselves” in the process of the outshining but “Christ Himself”. Nor are we reflecting physical strength and abilities, but His Power and Might as it works through us. So often we think the world must see a demonstration of how “we” are working, striving, to be so different from others in our outer conduct and demeanor . But Christ asks that we let the Light of “His presence”, which is God, shine through all we say, think, and do! We think our ability in itself makes it any more “real and genuine”, which it doesn’t at all. Let us all, with souls on fire, with His Love, Life, and Light from God, shine in this world for Jesus. Amen

Isn’t this our goal as Christians ?
That the light of Christ shin thru us ?
And I have found even in my imparted self ~ the light of Christ does shine thru me to others & in so ding imparts the love of God into persons lives however God intends as HE shines thru our immortal souls & spirits.
When I read today’s message I felt like thie goal is becoming more & more real thru the grace of God & the hard knocks of This life ~
