“The Irresistible Kingdom” is the best book I have read in understanding the Kingdom of God. If you have not read it I highly suggest you do. You will be truly blessed by the insights in this book. The Kingdom of God means many different things to many people. Chip’s book will help you understand the Gospel and the Kingdom are connected and what it is and where it is and how it fits in the full gospel-the Person our King Lord Jesus and His Irresistible Kingdom filling all the earth.

Without the Holy Spirit leading and empowering him, the apostle, Peter, denied Jesus three times. Afraid of the authorities he pretended not to know Him. With the Holy Spirit empowering him, however, the likely uneducated fisherman preached a simple sermon that saw 3000 people get saved. It certainly wasn’t Peter’s eloquent speech or fancy presentation that enabled him to do such a thing.
It is the Holy Spirit that empowers us to do the impossible.
At the end of his life Peter was so boldly standing up for his faith in Jesus that, at the hand of his executioners, he did not cry for mercy but instead asked to be crucified upside-down. It is the Holy Spirit who empowers us to stand up in the face of persecution!

It took God to create us; it took Jesus to save us, and it takes the Holy Spirit to lead and empower us. How could any man ever boast? Without Him we can do nothing!

Praise God for the power of His Spirit,a power that’s undeniable for those by faith believe the Truth of Christ.
God give’s more power of His Spirit to His faithful follower’s who do not deny Him,but believe even though
they do not see Him,the church only see’s the power in the Spirit based on the Truth of Christ.Any prayer
we pray in the Spirit that God would reveil more of His Son to us,He will gladly answer and put us on the
right narrow path of True Righteousness.When we are at a cross road,in need of direction and we don’t know
which direction to take,the Power of the Holy Spirit will be undenialbe again by focusing on the One who
give’s Life,and life more abundantly.All is based on Spirit and Truth,(not worldly,manmade,materialistic)

Thank you Chip! for following Christ as you help to pass on the Good New’s of the True Gospel.
May we be just as obedient to pass this same Truth to a dying lost world,that we all have been
commanded to do.

hELLO bRO Chip…I hope u and ur natural family are fine….appreciate this message (the Spirit points to Christ) did not think much about it until I read it again and again…truly Christ (holistic Truth and Love- I believe) should be the goal and is Who the Spirit points to (appreciate that word “point”: sharp and single focus)……also feel I should share that since I stepped out of “churchianity” I’ve been finding more liberty to say what’s on my heart…..I should not nod my head or say amen when I don’t agree or believe what’s been spoken and vice versa….thanks to Jesus for the Internet and access to it……I love you…

Amen! If we let Jesus reign in our heart there’s no reason why we go astray. Because He will continue on revealing Himself to us as we also walk on His way.. Praise the Lord!
