In reply to sherry. Right Sherry. The only power the enemy has over the born again disciple is when we choose to believe (fear) him instead of Father. We give power to what we believe, good or bad. Give the enemy no place.

Dear Brother Chip, Blessings and Peace be to you and your precious wife, Karla, in the Wonderful, Glorious Name of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

I am thankful indeed to Jesus, beyond words, for calling and equiping you to teach Christ-centered teaching that is FULL of Grace and Truth. My heart overflows with Joy and Love to our God: Father, Jesus and Precious Holy Spirit; as well as to you and Karla.

Thank you for your obedience and courage in taking up the cross and teaching, teachings which express God’s heart “the right way up”, as opposed to the matrix systems of this world which are “upside down”!

The Word that God has given you “When Temptation Fails”, is Truth Supreme, praise God; its “arrow” has pearced my heart indeed; the Holy Spirit has revealed this Truth regarding “denying SELF and taking up my cross” and FOLLOWING Jesus in a such a profound way; this I realise, as never before, can only be done by my choosing this principle, and surrendering (giving up) my “self” to Jesus, and asking the Holy Spirit to accomplish this principle as I “live and have my being” in Jesus, as I walk, step by step, through the chores of each day I live. Hallelujah! Christ has shown us the Way by actually “living this principle” in His Life on earth. As a teacher myself, may I say, He did this in a kinesthetic way, which is so much easier to grasp. And, ofcourse, it is progressive. Thank You Jesus! Thank you Brother Chip. Amazing Grace!

MY question is–why did’t God do away with satan instead of just escorting him out of Heaven. God is Creator, all powerful and could have done it. In my opinion it would have eliminated….well lots of problems.

When the devil was cast out of heaven, one would think he got the message that God was more powerful than he. This goes to show how ignorant the devil really is. If he is smart enough to know that Gods power put him in his place on earth, then why do we and he think he has any control over us. This should be a light bulb moment,! We have the same Power that raised Jesus from the dead if we are born again with the Holy Spirit of God. The devil really is defeated as far as the believer in Christ is concerned. This should rain deep within. Like Jesus told Peter get the behind me Satan, because Peter fell into temptation and didn’t even know it. This is how sneaky the devil is. I suggest we always be on guard with our full armour.

Amen!!..We “resist the devil” not by coming off the cross but by STAYING ON IT..
