Thank you for the analogy! That does make a lot of sense to me.

I guess I was comparing myself to others and getting frustrated for not being able to hear the Lord’s voice and guidance as clearly and frequently as others.

I still struggle and have much to learn in relating better with my wife and children and I guess it’s the same with the Lord.

Excellent. You have maintained a love relationship with someone for 20 years, even though I doubt anyone gave you practical instructions on how to live in a marriage day by day. How do you do it? The answer is that love guides your day-to-day behavior. The same is true of your love relationship with God. As the man and woman become one flesh in marriage, so Christ and the Ekklesia (including you) become one spirit (Eph. 5:25-32). You love, live, learn, and grow in this relationship the same as any other.

i’m a recent born again christian and recently left one of da most powerful church on this planet. I do believe that for God to start realy working in my life,i had to leave dat church and ever since i left, i now realise how blided i was,leaving my christian life according to some rules or burdens that the church today has made us believe and do.
Our Lord Jesus Christ told us that at the end of time, there will lots of churchs that will misslead people and the sabbath day will be a burden.
Ever since i met Jesus Christ, i’m seeing clearly now and whatsoever i ask Him, He answers to me immediatly. My prayer dis morning today was for Him to teach me how to keep the sabbath day Holly, couple of minute later, i came accross this site, isnt dat great?
Thanx alot for ur words because they were realy helpful.
The Bible says that we should seek while He may still be found and i do believe dat dat time is NOW more than any other time before.
