Thank you Chip,
it’s so nicely expressed. It carries a hope … but … which still has difficulty reaching me because I am still part of the so-called “irretrievable causes”. It is that I and the others “abandoned” would like to see and believe this personally in our life.

But I start (only momentarily) to believe that the good news can really impact my life personally and that of everyone.

I tried to explain this to one of my galley relations … But that increased his sadness. I was trying to tell him not to immediately wait for this instant miracle of God where what we imagine is life in abundance, light, recovery of our losses etc. would finally be ours. But it was necessary to try to seek the relationship with the Lord through the regular reading of the Bible first … etc. But she says that if there was a test it is good enough! That now everything must cease and that it must have, the cessation of debts, “forts” in these relations, super work, good health etc.

I started to try another approach feeling she was going to burst into tears on the phone. I said that’s what I was trying to do … to seek a relationship with The Lord in Whom all we may need is … but she told me it was easy For me to say that since I was locked up in my home all the time and was not exposed to the constant aggressions of the outside world…

To adapt/to own the good news and to know how to transmit it … I’m not sure of knowing how to do … Well I proposed to her an exit tomorrow Tuesday … We will see the beautiful lights of the holidays … (finally me face The cold and the crowd for that does not tell me anything but I want to give her a bit of concrete). I hope God will allow and give me strength for a day… ?

As you said, being saved to get our ticket out of hell and on to heaven should not be our focus. Our focus is Christ and all of Him. Just part of Him won’t work. The easy gospel is part of Him or not much of Him at all, which is the save me from hell mindset. This easy gospel of man does not require true repentance, dying to self, and picking up the cross of suffering as we follow after Christ. The true gospel of Christ and all of Him through out the bible will teach us who He really is and what we are to seek after. Unless we release all of us to the grave in order to gain all of Him in our spirit being, we have nothing really, because we have mixed in a little leaven. The old man and the new man will never mix. It’s all of Christ or nothing. Philippians 3v1-21.

Yes, this is for me the most wanderfull thing in my whole life.
To know Yeshuah as my personal saviour and that He is me love and my all.
He is my friend and my Father and my leader.
HE is my everything.

It is Amazing to realize that the Creator of everything came in person to save what He lost. His Master creation, mankind created at His Image. I am so glad He loves us in the way He does. Unconditionally. Because of this precious news we live with hope and walk in hope. We walk in Him. He is our Hope of life. Happy 2012!
