They don’t have the empowering of the Holy Spirit to motivate them to move outside of their comfort zones! Many are not taught the “what” or “why” of Christian faith; so they can not explain or defend their faith. Then Fear overwhelms them. They like to appear good and religious, but they have no idea where to start the conversation unless you are of “their group”. I admit, I have been there, done that. May Jesus Christ mean so much to us that He, by means of His Holy Spirit, cannot be hidden from this world. May all about us speak and reflect Him, and not ourselves.
