This message of yours, Chip, never fails to stir my heart. Thank you. It is a powerful reminder, especially today, the morning after the elections, that as Christians, we are to look to Jesus, to know HIM and BE as He Is. It is SO easy to be distracted by the goings on around us, as we live in and amongst these issues. However, we ARE SPIRITUAL beings, and the things of this world WILL pass away, but our spirits live on into eternity – either without or with Jesus Christ. It is NOT the temporal and immediate that we must consider as THE most important issue in our lives, but that which is Christ’s, those things which are above, where He sits at the right hand of God. When we are focused on and in HIM…..we will return with Him in glory. Amen.

That is so true, it is about relationship, but after been in a church for so long, it is hard to unlearn all the junk that is often thrown at a person, but I really enjoyed reading that message, it sure ministered to me. God bless you Chip

…..every moment of every day…..knowing Him, being WITH and IN HIM and He in us! Knowing the Word and living it – breathing it, seeing it, eating it…… it is a LIVING, GLORIOUS relationship with the God who created you and me. I have quit looking sideways to what man can do for me, but look up to see what I can do for Him. HE is my Purpose, my Life, my Goal, my everything…..He WANTS this to be yours, too. When He is this to you, ALL else will simply slot into its rightful place, and the JOY of the LORD will be your strength! Amen.
