The Lord knows our every need and mine is hearing loss in both ears right now (at first only

the left ear) and yes, I’d like prayer over this that He may heal that for me but also, He is my

Lord and always will be not just when I’d ask Him for anything and when I have, it was a

reasonable prayer request because I don’t count myself as a greedy person and expect

rich’s to flood in on me or expect a new home, cars, all that sort of thing is not what I want.

I will also pray for Julie that Lord Jesus will restore her health back to her in His name..

I just want what is reasonable if He lets me have my request which is my hearing restored.

My prayers go out to Julie as I am a cancer survivor of breast in 1995 an agressive kind so says the doctor. God is agressive praise his holy name! I was diagnosed with cancer of the endometrium in 2009 had the surgery in 200010 and they could find no cancer. About a month ago the doctor says she wants to operate on my thyroid because the growth was growing and I needed a biopsy right away. Well, I did get a bit nervous because I did not want another surgery! My friend and I prayed prior to the surgery that the doctors would not find ANYTHING! WELL, I ENTER THE ROOM FOR THE BIOPSY VIA A NEEDLE AND IMMEDIATELY I TELL THE DOCTORS THEY ARE WELCOME TO LEAVE THE ROOM BECAUSE I WANTED TO PRAY AND DID NOT WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE. WELL, I PRAYED OUT LOUD AND PRAISE GOD THE TEST WAS NORMAL. TELL JULIE I WILL PRAY FOR HER AND GOD CAN EXTEND HER LIFE. THE GENTLEMAN IN THE CAR ACCIDENT, I AM GLAD YOU THOUGHT ABOUT JESUS AND I BELIEVE HE HEARD YOUR PRAYER. JESUS IS SO WONDERFUL AND ALWAYS HAVE OUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART. I AM SO GLAD HE IS MY LORD AND SAVIOR. GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU AND YOUR DEAR FAMILY AND THE FAMILY OF GOD.

Yes, are needs are many– and beyond that circling above us and through us are our ever persistent wants. Like– “I want a new car, I want that expensive new coat, I want more money!” Sad, but many of us pray for such wants everyday, and when through time these things are not given to us we enter into the religious blame game, and God is at the head of the list. God is a giver of a more abundant eternal life, not a giver of things that in most cases only give us a temporal fix.

Yes I would look great driving a brand new car, in my flashy new suit, and my pockets lined with brisk 100.00 dollar bills, but at the end of the day as I was driving home I missed a red light as I was texting on my 500.00 cell phone and got hit by a truck. My new suit was ripped and bloodied, and my cash was blowing in the wind, not to mention that my 50,000.00 automobile was a mangled pile of bent metal and broken glass.

My last thought before all went black, “Was Please Lord will you save me now?”

I believe these sort of tests are the ones that can either make us stronger or break us and send us away from the Lord,
I am also reading your book “embrace the cross” it makes so much sense, I had a vision many years ago and I believe what you spoke of in the book about dying to live, is the answer to the vision. thank you and God bless you, please also pray for my sister in law, anyone here can pray, her name is Julie and she has been given 2 years to live as she has lung cancer.
God bless you, I love your messages, absolutely fantastic! I wish I had listened to you years ago, but praise the Lord I can hear it now.

In reply to sherry. Absolutely nothing is made perfect until it is first prepared in right measure. Its the preparing that seems to be the thorn in our flesh, no matter what that thorn is. Sometimes our preparing will last a lifetime on this earth and our perfection is through Christ alone Not I, but Him, forevermore.

Therefore I take pleasure in my infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ sake. For when I am weak then I am strong.
