Thank you...
I'm just wondering what it means to welcome them....
I don't think we should let the weak in faith say, do and think everything they want.... Isn’t it?

Hi Chip!
In our daily prayers for the past month or so, the Lord has been leading us to pray for mercy for the people trapped in the errors of institutional churches, especially the idolatry of man. Today I received something along these lines: when you're new in the faith, you certainly need people to help you learn the ABC's, and that's why God in His mercy brings to us teachers who will help us grow from almost complete illiteracy to a mature knowledge of spiritual things.
The aim of a parent is to bring children from absolute dependence to adulthood, when they can decide for themselves and request advice when they desire. The aim of a teacher is to bring children from very little knowledge to the ability of grasping new concepts and examining the "truths" or falsehoods presented to them in the world.
I would say it works similarly in the spiritual realm. The aim of ministers, and indeed of all mature brothers and sisters when we're "one-anothering", is to bring these spiritual babies from very little knowledge of God at first, to the point of maturity when THEY can think for themselves, and receive truth in their own intimate, spiritual walk with God (and even contradict us when we're not teaching or walking rightly!).
The aim is to get people to become independent of US and dependent on God, who is the source of all true wisdom. We have to bring them to a point when this verse in 1 John is true about them: "But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him."
So let us be VERY patient with people, because for many of us, it took many very painful experiences to learn our lessons, and for most Christians it is hard, especially if they are still immersed in a system that encourages spiritual immaturity and dependence on a man to share knowledge. Many of them are still in day care and cannot handle solid meat yet. Just like the process of introducing solid foods to a baby is gradual, our approach to them must be careful and covered in prayer for great wisdom.
