In reply to Brian Harrison. This is very true Bryan! We are many times struggling against the pre-eminence of Christ and don't realize it. I think we have the notion that as long as we're not doing any of the grossly obvious ins then we are walking in Fellowship this is not necessarily the case. Jesus said man looks at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart. Walk with the King today and be a blessing!

Such a profound word, brother. You are right. We are fighting and resisting His preeminence all the time. Most of the time we do not even realize that we are resisting Him because we are so used to being in charge of our own lives. We cater much to the opinions of men because the effect is immediate. We do not cater to God’s ways because the consequences seem distant, inconclusive, if not non-existent. We are mostly unaware of the impact of our obedience or lack thereof. Therefore our failures are often mixed with confusion. We simply do not know why the Lord did not bless our efforts. But it always comes back to the one issue, origin. From whence do our actions spring forth? From God or man?

Awesome word Chip! I’ve found this word of him increasing also includes small things like when I first wake up… Lord should I have a cup of coffee this morning? Then what should I have for breakfast? It’s so exciting to hear the Lord and give him preinence in the small things because he cares so much and wants to talk with us all the time.

AWESOME — ever reaching – ever growing — IN HIM — how sad it makes my heart when I see
so few people come to see or understand what we have IN HIM — I know what He as given me — NEW LIFE — and it grows more and more each day — and has become the most EXCITING thing I have ever known —
Once – I prayed for God to let me die — instead – as I cried out to God — He poured HIS LIFE into me — and He taught me to become an OVERCOMER — to see that HIS LIFE is so much greater than anything we can ever go through — HIS LOVE has no bounds — it is unlimited — there is no end — and I know I can ENDURE to the end — for I know what awaits me at HIS COMING —
