00. Introduction
The Heroes of the Faith will be considered Heretics by the Religious establishment.
In Scripture we see repeating, recurring themes that apply historically and to the present time. One recurring theme is how what “is” always resists what “is to be.” Those in the flesh always resist, fight, and persecute those who are in the Spirit. As we consider church history for the last 2,000 years, we find a similar pattern: Man defies God and persecutes those who want to follow God. In this series we will study Church history to understand how and why the Church was led astray from the simplicity of Christ, and how God has preserved a Remnant “outside the camp” to bear witness to the Truth.
