Scripture teaches the reality of spiritual warfare, explains why spiritual warfare is needed, and calls us to resist and overcome the adversary.
Ultimately, good will triumph over evil; light while triumph over darkness; life will triumph over death; and God will triumph over satan. But these things still exist, and spiritual warfare acknowledges both the existence of things contrary to God’s Will and the need for us to stand together with God for His Will to be done and His Kingdom to come on earth as it is in heaven. We learn this by doing it – exercising our spiritual discernment and overcoming as Christ overcame. This is the art of spiritual warfare!
