God could have easily created a world without the freedom to choose anything but Good.

But for Love to flourish we must be free to choose Love. And with the freedom to choose rightly there is the certainty that we will choose wrongly. So, God provides additional freedoms to ensure that mankind’s ability to rebel will not be greater than God’s ability to redeem.
