The Problem of Grace is perfectly illustrated in the Book of Jonah.
Not that there really is a problem with Grace itself, but with our concept of Grace and how it relates to judgment. If God is really “anti sin,” why does He allow the wicked so many opportunities to repent? Jonah’s anger at God’s mercy is very telling. Yet the same attitude prevails among God’s people to this day. In this series we’ll explore the Problem of Grace through the Book of Jonah and through the lens of God’s Love revealed in Christ, the Savior of the world.
