In fact, the encouraging thing to know is that these times are hardly “unprecedented” or “remarkable.” We have seen similar times and seasons all through history, and God has continued to work and move despite every effort of men and fallen angels to thwart His Purpose.
What is God doing?
In a word, God is working with a Remnant. He is raising up Overcomers to represent His interests in the earth – a people who are called out all nations, then sent into all nations, who are in this world but not of this world.
And so, in spite of a general failure of the Whole, the Overcomers, as a part of the Whole, are fulfilling God’s original intent for the Ekklesia and for all creation.
