07. The Cross
“Teach these things to faithful people who can teach others.” (2 Tim. 2:2).
The Seventh Essential of a Christ-Centered Faith is the Cross. Jesus demonstrated Love in His life, in His ministry, in His teaching, in His miracles, in healing, in casting out devils. He demonstrated Love in His life; but in His death on the Cross, a new Love is being revealed, a Love so deep that it will lay down its life for other people, unconcerned with its own self. A Love so powerful that it is able to absorb all the sin and all the evil of the world, overcome it, and then rise from the dead again, victorious over it.
