SELF-ESTEEM VS. CHRIST-ESTEEM
00. Introduction
“Not I, but Christ.” (Gal. 2:20).
The secret of the Christian life is “not I, but Christ.” But this sometimes sounds like a spiritual platitude or a Biblical ideal rather than a practical experience. How do we “put off” Self and “put on” Christ? How do we clothe ourselves with the New Man? And how does Christ-esteem solve all the problems our Self-esteem (or lack thereof) creates? We’ll begin to explore these themes and answer those questions in this series.
